Columbia Sussex Management LLC is currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual for the position of Executive Sous Chef at our Hilton Head Marriott Resort and Spa in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This hotel has 512 rooms and over 46,000 square feet of event space.
Candidates must possess a minium of 2-years Culinary management experience with a demonstrated record of success in inventory, labor and food costs control, with an emphasis on quality and guest satisfaction. Must possess hands on attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
