Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory type position within restaurants with knowledge of beverage cost and sequence of service. Micros experience a plus. Should possess hands on attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This hourly position would assume a supervisory role and will be trained in all aspects of our Food and Beverage operations. Position will be dealing with financial reporting, guest satisfaction issues, scheduling, labor costs and inventories. This is a fast track position designed to lead to a department head level position at any of our Marriott hotels. All Trainees will be involved in Task Force rolls to assist other properties and to open new properties. All Trainees must have flexibility to travel and be able to relocate.
