Columbia Sussex Management LLC is currently seeking an experienced and energetic Group Sales Manager for our Hyatt Regency Indianapolis in Indianapolis, Indiana. Candidate must be an aggressive self-starter with a proven sales history, versed in all aspects of selling to Corporate, SMERF and Incentive Markets either directly or through third party specialists and able to represent the property at Trade Shows.
Candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years experience in local Corporate and Social Markets required for our fast-paced, high volume property. Demonstrated record of success is required with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and meeting sales goals. Must be able to work flexible shifts which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidate will also be required to do off property Sales and Networking. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
