Columbia Sussex Management LLC is currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual for the position of Execcutive Sous Chef at our Chicago Marriott O’Hare. This hotel has 470 rooms and over 34,000 square feet of event space and 22 event rooms.
Candidates must possess a minium of 2-years Culinary management experience with a demonstrated record of success in inventory, labor and food costs control, with an emphasis on quality and guest satisfaction. Must possess hands on attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
