Columbia Sussex Management is currently seeking a Front Office Manager with a strong background in customer service and successful driven results at our Birmingham Marriott located in Birmingham, Alabama.

Qualified candidates should have:

  • 2 year college degree
  • 2 years of Front Office Experience in a Full Service Hotel
  • 2 Years of Supervisory Experience

The ideal candidate will need to be an energetic, self-starter that possesses excellent communication skills as well as a proven track record in providing High Quality and High Touch Customer Service. Experience in scheduling, labor cost controls and ensuring customer satisfaction is a must.  Candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
